- 2007-01-08 – PROJ.4 for Windows CE is available in the official CVS repository. Project files for Visual C++ 2005 and building instructions in README.txt file are provided as well.
PROJ.4 port for Windows CE
In the March 2006 I was working on Windows CE port of PROJ.4 library. I based the porting work on development version from CVS repository.
At the end of March 2006 I announced first results and sent big patch on the proj@lists.maptools.org mailing list.
The Windows CE port has not been tested very extensively, so I’d expect there are some things that may not work well.
Currently, the port is only available to download from this website, but I hope I’ll upload it to the official CVS repository of PROJ.4 project in the near future.
