IMPORTANT: I’m no longer a member of FDO development team and I also had stepped down as a member of FDO Project Steering Committee. I don’t continue development and maintenance of the PostGIS provider. Please, direct all questions to one of the project mailing lists, fdo-users or fdo-internals.
