Yesterday, Daniel KoÄ – notable FOSS evangelists in Poland – announced the OpenAerialMap project on the LinuxNews.pl (mirrored at OSNews.pl). The LinuxNews.pl is one of the biggest Polish online magazine devoted to FOSS news.

Daniel shortly introduced the OpenAerialMap project and compared to the OpenStreetMap initiative. There are also w few notes about OAM future plans based on Chris‘ posts to the project mailing lists.
